Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Berlin Township

My dad likes to get the 14piece Tender Family Meal for himself, my brother, and me. This should include 5 biscuits and two large sides, in addition to the 14 tenders. Yesterday I got home with the order, only to realize that they biscuits were not included, and both orders of fries that we got as our sides were ice cold. This was very disappointing and cause me to originally rate Popeyes 3 starts. The redeeming quality was that when I called, the employee I spoke to was very nice and told me to come back anytime with the receipt, and get my biscuits and hot fries. As for flavor, I love the fries when they are hot. I don't know what seasoning is used, but they really set Popeyes apart from other fast food fries. The rest of my family are crazy for the biscuits. I think they are okay. To me, they usually taste a little dry on the outside, but nice and fluffy on the inside. I'm not a fan of the tenders. They're okay at first but they have a weird background flavor and aftertaste. I haven't had the regular pieces of chicken in a while, but I do recall enjoying the drumsticks a lot more than the tenders. The last thing I'll discuss is spice. We usually split our 14 piece Tender Family Meal half spicy and half mild. I specifically asked for two separate boxes the last time I was there (when they forgot the biscuits and gave us cold fries) and they instead just put everything into one box so we couldn't tell the difference. The interesting part though, is that there really isn't much of a difference between the spiciness. The tenders they claim to be "spicy" are very mild and seem to just have a different flavor than the "mild", but I wouldn't say either are...

Update June 2024: once again my order was wrong. This is the only Popeyes in my area so I keep going here but today was the last straw. I ordered spicy chicken breast and they only had mild. Ok fine I got mild and a side. I asked for hot sauce packets on the side. I get home no hot sauce in the bag or utensils and napkins. I’m tired of this location and their TERRIBLE service. They also don’t tell you your total while ordering! You know how fed up someone has to be to leave a review at a fast food restaurant? Chick fil a would never.

Past review: Each and everytime I order from this location my order is always always always wrong! If I order spicy chicken, im getting not spicy, missing straws for my drink, missing sauce for my chicken tenders, top caps not on my garlic parm sauces today which spilled all over my food in the bag. I give up on this location. The guy at the window is always nice and professional but I’m not paying again for my food...

For the 2nd time our order was incorrect. As they were prepping our order I explained how the previous order was incorrect. I was told this will not happen today. Got home. Oder was wrong again. Called and was told if they don't have the chicken pieces that are order they will replace it without informing the customer. Drove back to Popeyes so they can give us the correct orders, a young lady asked me what the problem was. Said she would handle it. Took the food from me and put it back in the chicken bin with the fresh chicken. Proceeded to put my correct order together and gave me fresh fries. After arriving home it hit me she took the food from me and put it back with the chicken they are going to serve other customers. How do they know if we touched that chicken?!? Guess what??? Order was still wrong. We threw the chicken in the trash and ordered some Indian food. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE WEST BERLIN POPEYES...
