I was going to return an item I had purchased online, I’m person at the South Hills Village Mall location. The hours online said the store was open. I arrived at 1:45pm and the store was closed, but no store hours posted on the door and the mall was open. I scanned the QR code to make a reservation for 2:45pm. I walked around the mall for an hour to pass the time until my reservation. I arrived at 2:43pm and waited until 2:58pm. No one answered the phone and no one opened the store. While waiting I had to tell 10 other potential customers that the store was not open. I waited 20 minutes to speak with a customer service rep on the phone. It even came out of the package weird, it looks like a pillow that you'd wear on a plane.
