Buckle — Local services in Bethel Park

I purchased jeans from this store. On January 20th, 2 pairs and to be hemmed as well. I got an email saying my order was ready for pick up on January 25th, but i was working all day and unable to pick it up. I was fairly busy at work and unable to have free time until today. I called and was told they I had already picked up my jeans on January 25th at 2:22 pm. The manager at the store already said before she even looked at the tapes that the man who sold me the jeans said the same person said it was me who he gave them but he was not there today for me to talk to him about it. She then looked at that tape and said I was the same person who picked it up. But my face mask, my jacket were different and I was wearing "A beanie" the second time (which i dont wear one). She then gave me the corporate number and said I received my jeans and that they will not replace or refund my money. I asked why didn't you ask for ID and my receipt like it said in my email. He responded and said he didn't have to because it was the same person who sold it to me, however that person was not even at work that day to make any comment or give his take. I have gone to the buckle for almost 20 years and have bought a lot clothes during that time. To be able to not work with me to get my jeans replaced is ridiculous. Not to mention he was very rude to me on the phone. His name was Drew at the corporate theft department. That being said, I will never ever buy from this...

I have been on a weight loss journey since Jan 1, 2023, to date I've lost 100#! I decided to stop in & look at this cool jacket in the window, worried my XL/XXL state of mind would again disappoint me & I'd leave sad & dejected. So I walked in & this lovely young woman, Casey, beautiful smile, friendly personality, showed me the jacket...she said "I think a Medium will work" I scoffed, so cute, I said "idk my arms are still really big & flabby, but ok" low & behold!!! I fit & it was even roomy! I could've cried! I noticed a gorgeous Henley to go under it. Then she started heading towards the jeans...fear crept in(haven't worn jeans in years because my butt was huge! So, I followed. Casey showed me the stretch & explained quite a bit in the new denim & how the jeans also have a control panel sewn in....she really knows her stuff! Last time I bought jeans, I was a women's 18/42 waist....she pulled out a 28 waist & I thought "these will never fit" is she nuts?!! Sure as $hit! Fit like a glove!! I also bought, to finish off my new outfit, this gorgeous pair of padded insole boots....I look & feel amazing! For the first time in 16yrs....I feel terrific inside & out! Please go visit Casey! She really knows her stuff! I had the best time shopping for the new me!...

I walked into Buckle tonight not really sure if the store was right for me. I'm pretty lost with fashion these days and feel like I got old and frumpy, and anymore when I shop, I have no idea what to buy. I usually end up with nothing and feel pretty down.

I've been on a fitness journey for a year and a half and felt like I owed it to myself to get a nice outfit for my 25th class reunion. I was overwhelmed with the mall already until Jessica offered to help me find something.

Jessica was so professional and not pushy at all. She filled a dressing room up with options for me, and I honestly could have bought everything she picked. It was hard for me to choose out of such a great selection. I ended up with 2 pair of jeans, shoes, and 2 tops that I love and feel great in.

Jessica has no idea what she meant to me tonight, and I'll be shopping at Buckle forever now. I'm so happy I could cry, and she made me feel like I was meant to be in there. Thanks to her, I'll be excited to get...
