Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen — Restaurant in Bethel Park

Tonight was such a huge shock as far as the rudeness & lack of customer service we experienced at the South Hills Village Villa. We were treated like we were a bother. While the rude young man who wasn't listening to us place our order....he spoke over me to speak to the customer that was behind us in line. I kid you NOT!! (Apparently he knew him) he asked what I wanted twice AS HE IS STILL TALKING TO THE OTHER CUSTOMER BEHIND US so I told him the 3rd time & he still got the order wrong. So as we scoot down to the register the young man rang up the order then left the register to take the customers order that was behind us no problem we waited & He comes back to the register & is still continuing speaking with the customer behind us While we're standing in front of him waiting for him to take the money. So I left the money right by register and let him know "it was there when they were done talking." He never even looked at us....until we walked away. I was just in shock of how bad the...

12/18/2022... I observed a young kid which my opinion he's too young too serve the public... I observed the young red head kid he has a problem with his hands... He touches everything his face and hair and cellphone and toucing his glasses and picking his hears and nose in public and not washing his hands... By observing him... He did alot of cross contamination.. I would address that matter and he needs take a course in cross contamination... I don't who's is serve safe certified... Everyone is on there phone's in public & serving the public at the same time and not washing there hands.. Im a health inspector i hope you make the right decisions while dealing the public in...

If I were to judge you based on a single experience, it would be bad. This however is the second experience that ive had at south hills, both times with the ever so pleasant "Shawn". If this guy is how your company decides to be perceived, I will no longer be a customer. I don't expect spectacular here based on my first experience, but seriously... this guy has ZERO personality, and his tone was as he was only there because he had to be, and that was enough to make me write this. I hope you take this seriously. I'd be hard pressed to have his negativity be the thing that people associate...
