francesca's — Local services in Bethel Park

I really don’t give bad reviews as much as possible but this one I will not let it pass coz she’s rude to my baby .I went to Francesca’s in Bethel park south hills with my 1 year old son . My son is getting fuzzy so I put on his favorite show on my phone and let him watch so I could shop too . This skinny asian lady is not very helpful and rude . When I was about to pay , she said your phone is making noise , I said because my baby is watching or else he will scream and cry in the store . This lady still said it’s still making noise when the music inside the store is louder than that . So I let it pass but on the cashier I bought 6 dresses, and I calculated how much it’s gonna be , and then the total is too much , so I said can you check coz it’s too much from my knowing how much is it. She still insisted it’s right . Ok I paid . And check the receipt. So we came back right away and she gets annoyed she hears my son again . I said look you double punch that’s why I keep saying it’s too much , I said you can check my stuff to count and she said i don’t need that. She even ssshhh my son coz my son is crying . Very inconsiderate to a customer who is a parent . I tried my best to calm my baby and she’s taking forever to do her job .If only I didn’t like the dress , I will just toss it since she was rude . She said sorry in the end but don’t feel the sincerity she’s only sorry coz she got caught red handed in mistake . Very poor customer service. If she’s still there I will not shop...

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Francesca's and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Additionally, one of the associates, Lindsey, went above and beyond to make my shopping experience enjoyable. She was extremely knowledgeable about the latest fashion trends and provided excellent recommendations that suited my personal style. Lindsey's friendly demeanor and helpful attitude made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.

I went to return something today that I bought online a week or two ago and I got to the front of the store and I saw that it wasn’t opened yet and I was a little confused on why it wasn’t opened yet and I asked someone from a store that I went into and they said that all the stores open up at 10am and the website clearly says that the store opened at 10am. So I decided I would go to a different store while I waited to see if the store would open and after I was done going to a couple different stores I thought I would go back and check to see if it was open and it wasn’t and I wanted to return my item that I bought online before I had to go to work and I couldn’t because it wasn’t open. So now I have to come back hopefully sometime this weekend or in the next couple of days to see if I can return...
