As a mother, after you have a baby, finding new bras, underwear, and even yourself to feel somewhat normal again is hard. I spent a lot of time here yesterday, trying to make sure everything fit. Everything was organized, clean, and everyone was wonderful......except for the woman who checked me out. The entire time she had an attitude. It wasn't what she said, it was how she said it and how she acted. First she said about how I need to get 2 more pairs of underwear because I'm paying more by just getting 2. So I did. Came back, then she sent me back after she already told me I needed 2, to trade one of the original pairs for another 1 because one of the pairs wasn't part of the 5 for $30. I told her okay, well you didn't tell me that the first time. She then gave me this dirty look and you could tell she was trying to not lose it on me. If anything, it should have been ME trying to not lose it on her. Anyway, as I left each time, I heard her talking obnoxiously about how long I had been there to my mother. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. The only other issue I had was it took forever for someone to come back to let me and a line of other people into the dressing rooms. Other than that everyone else was nice...
Read moreI visited the South hills village mall location. I Had to search down an associate to measure my daughter and myself. She gladly measured my daughter then vaguely pointed me to the other side of the store to someone to measure me. Not sure why she wasn't able to measure us both. Possibly because I'm big chested? When I finally found the woman who was helpful and did measure me, she found a bra that almost fit right then proceeded to help find one that fit perfectly. Even though they didn't carry my size and color in the store she directed me to the cashier with a card and instructions to order online and have it shipped to me at home for free.
The cashier was a bit less helpful, I had to correct her several times on spelling of my name etc. The line built up behind me and people started complaining. And she failed to take the security tags off my daughter's bras. So we had to go back in to have them removed. I'm not sure about this store and hopefully it was a one time bad day and poor...
Read moreI walked in looking for a certain product.. I couldn't find it at first so I had asked an employee there who barely wanted to even make eye contact with me. I asked her about the item, and before I could finish describing, she cut me off to blurt out "SOLLDDDDDDDD OUUUTT" and went back to staring at her tablet. Eww. I was kinda disheartened but decided to browse a but more, and found 3 of the style I was looking for. I didn't buy them just because I didn't want her numbers or store to benefit from a sale. I know how retail goes, and if you employ people like this, your customers will definitely chose to buy online. Sure, I guess I don't look like a "normal" ready-to-spend customer, but I was looking to make a larger purchase...
