I was so happy to find Gram Carat, a fine little family-owned jewelry shop right in the heart of Bethesda. Owners, Curt and Lisa, warmly welcomed me in. They were both personable and kind, spending time to listen and get to know their customer. Their carefully curated collection was diverse, from classic to whimsical and was fairly priced for every taste and budget. I’ve purchased both gold and gemstone pieces for myself and also for gifts. My Gram Carat jewelry pieces have become my everyday go-to’s. Gram Carat also does excellent repairs. I was really impressed with the quality of work and happily surprised at the fair price. ...

We had the most seamless experience getting our rings from Gramcarat! My engagement ring was a custom order, and the consistent communication took all anxiety away from purchasing a ring I had never even tried on! When we saw it for the first time in person it was EXACTLY what I envisioned if not better! I also had a very specific request for my wedding band which Gramcarat not only found but exceeded my wildest dreams. The store is easily accessible with parking less than a block away. Cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience, this store and it's owners. Will be using Gramcarat for all our jewelry needs...

I had the nicest experience shopping at GRAMCARAT this past week. I came in looking for something special for myself, but I didn't really know what I wanted. The staff there was friendly, kind, and patient as I asked a bunch of questions and really just tried to learn while also enjoying the moment. They were flexible, creative, and truly just trying to find the right thing for me.

I ended up picking out a very cool ring. I'm so excited for it. They also share that they do sizing and maintenance for jewelry and watches. What a cool place right in Bethesda....
