This was such a treat!!

Stopped by for lunch after seeing the food cart and I’m so glad I did. This business has been operating in their location for 4 years now. The owner, Juan hails from Mexico and serves authentic meals that are both delicious and healthy!

Quality of ingredients is something he values and you see this in everything they do from the consommé to the tortillas (he uses his recipe and sourced ingredients and has a local make them for his use fresh every week).

I got the tacos: lamb barbacoa, lengua and carne Asada as well as a barbacoa quesadilla. Speaking to Juan, he shared some of his favorite menu items: the Al pastor taco, carne Asada platter (feeds 2), barbacoa and the torta cubana.

Everything we got was excellent! I should also mention they have some amazing salsas to pair with the tacos!

There is outdoor seating covered with a tent which is right in front of the cart so you can enjoy your meal with friends....

This Over the last 4 Years this Taquería has become a "organic feature" of the Old Bethesda area. Their menu has expanded without missing the expected "motheatering" fresh and natural taste in each one of their dishes. Called Tacos al pastor, quesadillas, tacos de carne(beef), Pollo (chicken), shrimp, 🌯🥙🫔Torts de Milana, etc. etc. Desserts such as Pistachio gelatinas (Pistachio jello) Flan, strawberries w cream, natura made l fruit fresh water, Pozole!! Well it's Saturday 2/4/2023. It's 26 degrees out with a wind chill of 13 degrees. I can't believe the owner has red cones blocking the one side parking spot next to his trailer! What has sent me into bad review is the two other parking spots out front that he's put cones to block off as well. Three parking spots and not another parking spot for 50 yards. My goodness man its freezing and it's tacos. PS, I dropped my wife off to get a paper menu, carry out for 8 people, you don't have any.
