I am an avid watch collector and actually live on the east coast. On a trip to California where I was staying bi-weekly while my wife went to school for her subspecialty I went to get an all gold AP serviced for her. Random trip, well outside all the relationships I have on the east coast simply while on a stroll. I was greeted by Ari, who immediately embodied what the AP brand stood for. He was not only friendly and cordial, but did so while tastefully representing the exclusiveness of the brand he represents. This is a difficult task because most people are either too standoffish and that hurts the brand, or too friendly and make promises they cant keep.

Ari, to the contrary, was the perfect balance. I have since become a regular customer buying a couple of watches a year. I buy watches to wear and enjoy them and he recognizes this. I honestly have lost interest in other watch brands not just because of how awesome AP is itself, but because of the relationship I have specifically developed with Ari at AP Beverly.

I am used to getting what I want, and usually don't have an issue going wherever I can to get it. However, Ari is the only person that can tell you "sorry nothing available" but he "will let me know," and those statements warrant a response of "thanks buddy." While he usually delivers, it is always on the brands timetable, he handles it so well that one never has an issue waiting because of the geniuses of his representations and the eloquent style he possess of reminding you the customer that the brand is exclusive and you can't just have what you want. That is an art.

No longer going to California, I still will only deal with Ari in Beverly Hills. I could not dream of buying another watch from another dealer, even if one were available. I would rather wait and deal with Ari, that is how professional, responsive, and good he is as an ambassador for Audemars Piguet.

Truly, if you are looking for top notch customer service, want to be treated respectfully, kindly, and professionally then Ari at AP Beverly is the guy to deal with.
