I was walking by this store, and I decided to go in and take a look. I had just left Jason of Beverly Hills, and wanted to look at more options. A brunette girl opens the door to let me in, within one second she says what are you shopping for, I let her know I was browsing. She proceeds to tell me to give the other customer space, though I was not close to him. At this point I'm thinking to myself, wow, This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.... I was wrong. Then the owner peter comes up to the counter helping another customer and says to me, maybe you should come back another time, I'm in a private appointment.

I WILL NEVER go to this store again. The staff definitely learned their lack of customer service skills from the owner. Honestly, I don't know how this place is in business. I would give 0 stars if I could.

For our 30th wedding anniversary, my wife Linda worked with Peter on a gorgeous custom ring and stone. The results were phenomenal and eye-watering. Peter was so great to work with in the design process. He took so much time with Linda to select, add-to, and adjust the setting and stones - to make the perfect ring for Linda to celebrate our anniversary. It's now four months since Linda received her ring, and she still can't take her eyes off of it.
