Ive given this salon a try two times not both times they gave me the opposite of what i asked for. First time I had a hair appointment with Haley, i asked for more warm dimensions in my hair (lowlights) and i wanted a hair cut to grow out my layers. i told her the length was fully up to her i just wanted to not have any more layers, she then proceeded to immediately do layers in my hair. When she was doing my hair she also hit my head three times with the blowdryer and twice with the hair curler. She also did a weird cool toned lowlight that did not blend with my hair well. The second time I went in I had Olivia for my hair dye, i had asked for light honey golden blonde that would be low maintenance (i had already really blonde hair + my natural hair is blonde), she then proceeds to tell me that she has to make my roots darker to blend this in. I tell her i dont want that because i want to keep as much of the blonde as possible, but she proceeds to do it anyways .. i now have a darker ashy cool toned blonde which is completely opposite of what i wanted. She also was very rough with hair brushing and I see now the next day that she had ripped out my piercing when she was brushing! Not counting the cost to get this piercing done its 300 dollars lost as it was fully gold piercing! this is the biggest reason Im writing this review. I did have someone else for the hair cut portion and she was great, unfortunately I dont remember her name. Do Not come here jf you want someone to listen to your blonde needs!!!! I am multiracial and have very thick hair with varying textures—about a 4 in the front to a 5 toward the back. Not only is Jenn able to texturize my hair exactly how I like it so it’s more manageable, but she’s also able to lighten my hair in a way that works with my budget, time between visits, and what aesthetically accentuates my features and complexion.

I wasn’t able to see her for a year and a half, and I cannot tell you how many compliments I got as my hair was growing out because she did such a good job—it looked like an intentional balayage. This extremely talented woman gets these visions in her head of what she wants to do, walks you through it, checks in to make sure you’re on the same page, and for me, creates miracles because my hair is very difficult.

I’ve been told that my entire life, and it’s true. Because Jenn is so gifted and talented in her art, I literally tell her to do whatever she thinks will look good because every time she touches my hair, it’s soft, healthy, and manageable. I get so many people asking where I get my hair done! I just cannot explain how incredible Jenn is!!!
