I sent in a bag for repair in January. Almost 3 months since then, the bag hasnât even been touched.
They said they will give me updates when I sent the bag in. NO CONTACT has been initiated from CELINE ever since. I had to call the store like a hundred times, and every time they made EXCUSES: -âWe are installing a new system, so I canât find any information right nowâ -âWe are still waiting for our European team to give us an ETA (after 2 weeks)â -âThis kind of delicate repair takes 2-3 weeks/ 6-8 weeksâ -âWe will give you a callbackâ -âWe will let you know as soon as we knowâ -âI cannot know where your bag isâ

It turned out the bag was in Beverly Hills THE WHOLE TIME!!! They didnât repair it!!! Didnât send it to Europe. Just been âwaiting for the partsâ. But I donât even know if thatâs true, if they have to LIE about giving me a callback.
If CELINE is incapable of repairing the bag, WHY canât they just tell me the first month? WHY is conveying the simple fact ofăThe parts is out of stock, but the bag is still in LAăso difficult? WHY can nobody in this store figure out that simple fact? I thought it was INEFFICIENCY. But it turned out to be just DISHONESTY and IGNORANCE.
Thanks to CELINE BEVERLY HILLS, I will NEVER shop here or send anything here AGAIN. If you unfortunately have to deal with these morons, DONâT believe anything they say, especially about giving you a callback. DEMAND the information on the call, otherwise you wonât ever see...

Of course at the time I went which was in the afternoon Rodeo was packed, however Celine was one of the few boutiques that didnât have a line. Although, there wasnât a line I still had to wait, but the wait was only approximately 5 minutes. The security guard was welcoming, but I have to say the environment was pretentious to say the least. You can definitely tell they cater to exquisite, high paying clientele and if your not one of them it can feel intimidating even for seasoned shoppers. I myself am not familiar with the brand, but thanks to YouTube a lot of their designs caught my eye. However, I was helped by Erik who was AMAZING, he was very attentive, understanding and patient. He introduced me to some of the upcoming ready to wear collection, in which I was able to try on various items for fun. I ended up buying a pair of chunky sandals and Iâm so happy with my purchase. I will definitely be back as I fell in love with numerous ready to wear pieces and for sure Erik will be my go to sales associate. Iâm a personal shopper so I do a lot of sourcing one of my clients sent me a bag they wanted me to get but was sold out online but itâs my job to track it down So i did just that tracked down the last available one in the country called the store talked to a MANAGER and gave them the item number where i was told it would stay on hold for a day bc i live 25 miles away. I came in first red flag they donât know of any hold for me second red flag is when it takes them forever to just be upfront with me and finally the breaking point was when they showed me a different bag saying the one i put on hold just sold like what horrible customer service wonât be shopping from here again.
