Just moved to Los Angeles and needed a sofa/couch, but honestly did not know what I wanted.

Walked in and was immediately greeted by a fellow named Darren. He then took his time and patiently showed me to multiple items that were simply stunning.

Could not decide what to choose from the abundance of excellent selections. After discussing with Darren, I decided to choose the Bernhardt Serenity Sofa.

Went home with it and it literally is the most notable piece of furniture in the apartment!

Every time I have guests over, I get so many compliments! Will be going back there to grab some more furniture real soon.

Definitely worth at least checking...

I called the store to confirm pricing on an item. Once confirmed I placed an order for the product on the website. My payment info was accepted and I received an email confirmation of my purchase. 2 hours later I got a call saying "oops we put the wrong price on our site and also quoted you the incorrect price on the phone but it really isn't our problem because we don't stand by anything that we do. And you are unable to speak to the owner and we don't respect our customers and we are canceling your order". I have never been treated so...

Purchased ~$500 Hooker Furniture dinning chairs from Grayson. After 3 months one of the chairs legs broke. I contacted Grayson regarding options and they submitted a claim on my behalf. The warranty claim was denied because a “chair leg is not a replaceable part.” Grayson’s offer to make this right is to offer me a new discounted chair. A expensive, high quality chair should last more than 3 months! Shame on you for not standing by the products you sell. Why should your customer be forced to buy...
