Two weeks ago I was just at the main NYC store and was amazed by the customer service there. Came to the rodeo store because I was here for the day visiting from Arizona, and was met with the complete opposite experience. My mom asked for a size of shirt and the employee never came back. I still bought 3 other shirts, all XL. I get back to my car and one of them was a size Large. I could’ve driven all the way home before I noticed, but luckily I caught it right after we left. I rushed right back because we stopped here on our way to a show. Shirt and receipt in hand, I go up to the security guard at the door to explain what happened. HE TOLD ME I HAVE TO GET BACK IN LINE. I would understand if I made the mistake, but I NEVER SAW THE SIZE OF THE SHIRTS UNTIL I GOT BACK TO MY CAR. I begged him to let me skip the line as I was in a hurry, he finally let me in. I was so fed up with my experience there I asked to return the shirt and then the cashier told me he “needs a manager to do the return so it’s going to be a minute”. I just needed to get on the road so I just asked him to exchange the shirt sizes because that seemed to be the quickest option.
Really disappointed by this store, as my Soho experience was really great. I was greeted by every employee and never once even had to ask for help. This was just really shitty experience, as I understand mistakes happen, the urgency to fix the situation was non existent.
Two stars only because New...
Read morePretentious, pompous, and self-centered staff; not all of them, but enough of them for it to feel that way. The woman and man working the register for Kith Treats in the back of the store were the worse (5pm on 9/7/24), couldn't care less that we was there. We came to experience Kith Treats, especially for the collaboration they have with ApplePan. No one behind the counter acknowledged us or bothered to let us know about the menu or how we could order. After a while of me just standing at the counter the woman finally says, sarcastically "Oh, are you ready to order", I said yes, and I'm not kidding - she stood quietly, looked me dead in my eyes and walked out, leaving the man there alone. He stood there silent, too, until I broke the silence and said "ok, so how do I order", then he points at the menu on the counter. I ask about the ApplePan collaboration and he says it's sold out, so I ask if the Sunset location might have it and if he could call to ask since it would be a considerable drive to that location and he tells me he doesn't know the number, then we stood there in silence and weird looks. I couldn't get out of this fake place fast enough. I used to be a fan of Kith and this was my first time coming to one of their stores. Never again. Not worth...
Read moreUnprofessional and rude staff at the Women’s section on 1/31/25 around 5:30-6:30pm. She did not bring out my size for the requested items (around 2 hoodies) and shoved XXL ones in the fitting room. She also talked behind my back to her co-worker, which my friend overheard as well. She acted like she was doing me a huge favor the entire time. Do your job right and get your act together. The manager of this location should give her another employee training for CS as she apparently does not know how to advise the customers. If I had more time, I would have called the manager to flag this issue but had to leave for my dinner reservation. Other staffs...
