DO NOT COME HERE.
If I had known this is where my fiancé was planning to take me, I would’ve honestly cancelled just based on the unprofessional review responses alone (seen here).
My fiancé Jake booked several appointments for us up in this area all in the same day since we were coming from out of town. The first one was Reve with Emily.
Prior to our traveling from out of town, he was very specific in our appointment notes about the exact diamonds we wanted to try on. We booked the appointment 2 weeks in advance, giving ample time for somebody to see our appointment and notes and let us know if there was an issue.
When we arrived, we were gathered from the lobby and led into a tiny windowless room that hardly fit the 3 of us. Unfortunately, no one ever looked at the notes we put on the appointment. Emily asked us questions that were already in the notes that she had pulled up in front of her, and informed us she had nothing we wanted to see in person - really nothing to see at all, because they would’ve had to order it in advance and don’t keep any stock there.
Mistakes happen. What really set us off is that she then went on to say that the first appointment is just to talk about what we like. Why was this not communicated at any point after our appointment was made? Do you not realize people come from out of town or go out of their way with their scheduling to be available for these things?
We were asked incredibly basic questions which could’ve taken place in the format of a phone call, email, Zoom, anything. You could even make it an auto-form that sends once an appointment is booked and not have to do anything yourselves if labor is an issue.
Whether this comes down to “growing pains” (I saw a review saying this location is new), or sheer incompetence, it’s unacceptable and I have shared this experience with everyone we’ve spoken to since.
When I shared with Emily that I didn’t care for a traditional wedding band and was leaning towards not doing a band with my engagement ring, she made a poor-taste comment that bands are what makes the marriage official.
As a final cherry on top, we never received any post-appointment information or follow up. We actually had to follow up ourselves on the one thing we did see, and Emily said she would look into it, and never got back to us.
I am appalled at the way this “luxury” company operates, how we were spoken to and treated, and the absolutely careless...
Read moreMy partner and I had an initial consultation a few weeks ago. Said they would follow up with me in a couple days with some diamond options and to see if they could find the setting I liked available for shipping from another location for viewing. Haven’t heard back at all with any updates and followed up last week through their site with still no communication from them.
I have decided to go elsewhere for my customized ring given zero basic updates or communication from them. Not exactly sure what happened but definitely unfortunate.
EDITED in response the owner to include the conversation I had one day after I left this review. I never said anything went to spam, I said I checked my spam and nothing got sent there as you can see. You noted you “tried to email” although I’m not sure what that means. As soon as I put this review I was asked multiple times to remove it even though all I did was share my...
Read moreI recently purchased a wedding band for my fiancée through Reve, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Emily was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process—her customer service was outstanding!! She took the time to understand what I was looking for, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made sure I felt confident in every decision. I am a big procrastinator and waited til last minute to get a custom ring done and Emily made it happen getting the final ring ready on time🙂🙌🏼 The final result was beautiful, and my fiancée absolutely loves it!...
