Took a damaged item back, a dress pant that I really love the style of but the waist band on several of these pants purchased and returned in the past keep coming apart! The associate told me to my face snotty like maybe YOU need a bigger size!!!! She did get the manager who was no help she offered a bigger size too!. I proved bigger was not the answer as I tried on another pair of some kind dress slack. Was very sloppy looking, I left, I work in Grand Rapids I will go to Torrid instead. Poor customer service and they looked down on you because you are not thin. Maurices in Gr treat you with total respect. Very unsatisfied. I was pressured to get a credit card through them to save an additional percent. So I did, they did not send me the credit card or a statement so I could pay it off. When contacted could not give me my account number so I could sign up to pay. Finally after multiple attempts, I was told my address on file was incorrect & waited.. after three months I finally got a statement. Where I was charged for having late fees… a $20 purchase is now $132 & they will not work with me regarding the matter. Extremely...
