The UPS Store — Local services in Blackfoot

The manager of this UPS store is a liar, and a thief. I went into their place, to have a package overnighted. It cost me almost $50. I told him several times I didn’t care what it cost, bc I wasn’t paying for it. I was sending medication, to someone’s hotel, bc they forgot to pack them. Instead of overnighting them he sent them through the post office express mail. I could e went to usps myself, and it would’ve only been $10 bucks, & gotten there a day earlier. So, why would I pay $50. He is trying, to say I said this was fine to do. He messed up, but doesn’t wanna admit it. Even my receipt says expected delivery for the next day. So, he’s either a thief, and pocketed the extra money after sending it usps, or he made a mistake & doesn’t wanna admit it. Look at the pics. Upper left says expected delivery the 22nd. Instead he sent it express mail, which takes 3-5 days. You can send something regular mail, for way less money, and it’d arrive in the same timeframe. I think he’s running a scam. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and accountability at the Blackfoot UPS Store.

I called ahead and was told to come in to resolve an issue, but when I showed up, once again, I was told the manager was “in training” and unavailable. We’re now going on three weeks of this store being run by someone who openly admits she can’t do anything beyond the basics — and yet, no one else is available to assist or take responsibility.

This has directly affected my business operations and caused unnecessary disruption — all because of a complete lack of communication and accountability.

After reading other reviews, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated incident but part of a troubling pattern of mismanagement and poor service.

I called this location this morning because I dropped off a package 10 days ago and it shows it has never been shipped. When I called this store the girl worker was so rude and would not help in any way and said it was at of her control. Even though the last person to handle the package was this UPS location. I asked her to check to make sure the package didn't fall behind something or get stuck anywhere in the store and she said that never happens. She would not check at all.
