I ordered the Enchiladas Suizas. Ordered delivery through door dash. Upon delivery I see have a note written on the Togo box of “sorry no more verde sauce” now rather than call and confirm changes to my order they went ahead and substituted and sent my order out the door. I called the store directly and got to talk with what sounded to be a young gal who chose to argue rather than help me with a solution. I requested to talk with a manager and she said she was. I requested a refund again and she said no I can’t we tried to call you and you didn’t answer. Nope no calls no text no notification in DoorDash. There was absolutely no evidence of attempt whatsoever. I responded with I can just give you a bad review if this is gonna be the case which I was countered with ok go ahead. So here we are I will not recommend this place or be ordering from Lexas again. Unfortunate as their dishes might be ok. My order went straight into the garbage along with my own personal review...
Read moreRUDEST OWNER ALIVE! MY husband and I would order from this place almost every Friday and spend $40-$50 each time. We even suggested to family to try this place. I regret providing any referrals to this place. I ordered chicken tostadas. They arrived only beans and chicken no toppings. I called and spoke to a manager and he said they would fix it to come pick them up. My husband arrives only to be met by the rudest owner ever. He refused to make this right and would only send a bag of toppings back to my now cold and soggy food. So we will never ever be back. I wouldn't care if they were the best food on earth they could not pay me to ever be a return customer again. I guess he didn't get the memo that it is important to have good customer service and with our good customer service nobody will want to eat there. Anyone who asks about that place I am going to tell them how horrible of an experience we had. God job Lexas owner you have just lost...
Read moreRecently tried this place for the first time. It was clearly a family operation, which was nice. The service was fast and friendly. Out of our 4-person group, two of us got the tallarin saltado. As they were bringing out the first two dishes, they informed us they ran out of noodles and it would be another 15 min. Ended up being quite a bit longer, and the two meals that were brought out first were finished before we even got the tallarines. When the food finally came out, though, it was great. We all enjoyed our food, though the pollo crema burrito was a bit odd, smothered in what looked like Velveta. Maybe that's a cultural preparation of it, but it was definitely different than anything we'd had. Overall, a good experience, just hope we don't have to wait 45 min for our food next time. Would definitely recommend trying it out, and would like to come back and try...
