I dropped off my playstation 5 off 3 weeks ago on a friday telling them that it won’t turn on nor is it accepting disk I got told they would find the problem and give me a call explaining what is wrong within 3 days so I gave it until monday and had not received a phone call so I decided to call and the person on the phone clearly said that they would work on other people devices that they know they can get easy money off of instead of doing mine. I asked did they get a chance to see if it was as simple as the psu and he told me they haven’t tried anything yet so I asked why even give me a date to diagnose a problem if you were not going to do it at all he told me that if u had a problem or were in a rush then I can pick up my device I said no it is fine because I expected 2 weeks but I went by his words and felt like I was the one in the wrong when all i’m doing is being told what to do, It’s week 3 now and I called this morning and got told they have yet to even diagnose the problem. Please if you’re having any other problem than hdmi repair take your system elsewhere they are not professional nor do they care about anything but money.
Update: 1 hour after I have left this review I got told I need to pick up playstation and “they will not fix it because I left a review and good luck finding someone to fix your motherboard and hung up on me” as I say again do not come here they are very unprofessional and do not care about their customers. again don’t believe his response he told me word for word he is going to make money on other “easier” consoles before working on my console. It went from 3 days to diagnose the problem to 2 weeks to now it’s 3 and i’d rather go somewhere else where if they tell me 2 weeks and it’s not anywhere near completed they would call and give an update like he told...
Read moreI took my sons ps5 to them for Hdmi repair. Great communication and fast service. Very nice guys! It worked great for a couple days then started working intermittently until finally it just stopped all together after just two weeks of getting it repaired so I took it back to them. They got it working again within an hour and a half at no cost to me and explained what happened. Great customer service! However it’s the very next day after the second fix and it’s not working again. I’m frustrated, after being told it happened to be the plastic piece inside the Hdmi port that was bad that wasn’t known the first time around (how it even worked sometimes after getting it back I have no idea) but I was told to take care of it and it will be fine. They are fragile I get it, it’s plastic in there but I have plugged the hdmi cord in one time when I got it back home and it has not been touched again. I’m confused as to why it would stop working again so soon if it was replaced with a new part. They are great guys very knowledgeable and I’m not leaving this as a bad review more so just to see if anyone else has experienced this same issue with HDMI ports after being replaced. Im not sure what else to do at this point. What is causing this issue Is it even fixable? I can only assume it is something with the parts. Read moreEveryone here was super nice! I will say it took me a minute to find the actually building as it isn't the same name as on here. I called in asking about if they worked on PS4s since mine had given a start up error. Whoever I spoke to on the phone was very honest with pricing. I will say he did state that if it was a software issue there was nothing they could do. When going in the man was very nice and respectful, he said that he would diagnose it same day for a flat fee and if it something they can fix that fee will go towards the final bill. Within two hours I got a call back saying that it was a software issue and they had to reinstall the system. They had already completed those steps and it was ready for pickup. I was surprised since the First Gentleman stated they couldn't do anything for software. I was able to pick up my PS4 and paid $80 for the whole thing. All in all a very nice and easy experience and everyone was super kind and knowledgeable. I will say that original call did throw me off but I am glad they were able to fix it.
