Starbucks — Restaurant in Columbus

Stopped in for a coffee on a rough afternoon and walked out in a brighter mood and the best drink I’ve ever had! Employee Tay was filling in for a call off so she didn’t know how to make my drink and asked if she could try. I didn’t have high expectations since by day was going so badly, but she exceeded and beyond! Not only did she make the best tasting drink ever, but she also cheered me up! She deserves a raise and a strong pat on the back! I’ll definitely be going back and telling everyone to visit. I just wish I had the recipe for the drink for my future...

When we went there was 2 associates working together and went to break together. Told my daughter they would be 20 minutes. When they came back they told her and another customer they would have to wait why they restocked the store before opening and then had the nerve to get an attitude because they aren't able to multitask.
