I was lied to about a phone and they wouldn't allow me to get a refund after I figured out they were lying.

Had to write my experience since it was far from a good one. The other day my phone overheated and got destroyed, I was about an hour and thirty minutes from home and needed a phone as soon as possible, I had a phone interview coming the next day and I needed to know how I was getting home.

When I got here I selected a phone and I asked SPECIFICALLY, "Is this phone compatible with Esim". And the man says yes. So I purchase the galaxy s20 because of this, I then got home and called my carrier to transfer my phone number using the Esim. Surprise surprise, my carrier told me that the phone is NOT compatible with Esim. So the only way to transfer it is to get another phone that's compatible with esim, or wait 3 days for a physical Sim card. I sadly of course miss the early morning interview of course. The next day I call this store to try to at least salvage the money, and say I was told that this phone was compatible with Esim but it's not and would like a refund.

They tell me they'll talk to the manager and get back to me, they then tell me that they have a no refund policy but they can get me store credit with what I paid. The drive their is over and hour and a half and I decided it's not worth it driving down there.

Needless to say I won't be trusting people when it comes to asking these simple...

We’re do I begin, so I dropped of a ps4 to be repaired on 12/15 , and the guy that owned the shop said give them 2 weeks with is and they will dive into it, that time frame pass and nor response so I called and they said another 2 weeks, again no response from them so today I went in to see what the problem was and the owner gave me some excuses about how they were behind but the put my unit on the back burner I let him know that’s poor customer service, then his tech said to give him 2 to 3 hours and if he can’t fix it then I can have it back, then the owner calls me and said that whoever repaid this unit last used tooth paste instead of thermal paste( this is a game stop refurbished unit) Then he tried to show me a picture of some tooth paste on the apu that was wet and looked like he applied it him self and said it’s not repairable, I would never recommend this place ever the owner is shady and would sell his soul to cheat someone out of their money or their system...

I came here to purchase lcd screen for iPhone 14 Pro Max and after replacing the screen my phone started overheating the minute I turned it on, I went back to the shop and he said my screen is good the motherboard on your phone is bad. I said ok thanks I went back home put the old screen back on and the phone was not overheating so I went and got a different aftermarket screen from a different store in Whitehall on East Broad st, and now my phone is functioning with no problems at all. these people basically robbed me 180 just like that. If you have iPhone 12 and newer don’t go to this place you’ll regret it. I almost trashed my phone because he said the motherboard was bad but the whole time his screen was...
