Disappointed with the cashiers ringing customers out. They looked like they did not want to be there at all and i had some returns to process, and the girl returning my items actually made me feel my returns was the biggest inconvenience in the whole world and kept making sly but rude side comments the whole time regarding how "this is crazy" and "oh my god". I understand they were busy but its my right as a customer to be able to return items from online that is the return policy and i did have everything organized. I returned maybe 11 items also. I drove two hours all the way to columbus because i love the legacy and crocker park nordstrom rack, but i will never visit this one again. That being said, there was a manager or assistant manager with a pixie cut and she was so sweet and when i got in the line again for my purchase my other cashier was so sweet, which is why i gave 2 stars. Two were deducted because i got rude treatment from 2 employees, i added 2 because 2 employees stood out to me and were really nice, and i deducted one more because i honestly didnt think the selection at columbus beat the legacy or crocker park...

I wondered what happened to the other pair when i checked online it stated there were 3 pairs left. I said ok I purchased right on time. I didnāt even get a notification that my sunglasses arrived in store for pick up so i check tracking number online, It says it delivered today but 1 of the items were cancelled they didnāt even have the decency to call or email to let me know this and why if there were 3 left. I am very upset because I feel as if was cheated out on the sunglasses i bought. This is ridiculous I want to hear from a manager and know why this happened. I will not purchase again from Nordstrom rack and will make sure everyone knows that you guys are taking peoples money and advertising that you have an item and you donāt...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was excited about this store, when I went to exchange my online purchases. When I got to the counter I told the guy that I wanted to exchange my purchases. He promptly added the money back to the card that wasn't in my possession. I told him that I wanted to exchange and he said that I could only get a gift card since my original purchase was online. I told him that that was what I wanted because I was going to give the money back to them anyway. He couldn't fix his mistake and when he called his manager, after taking my returned items, she told me that the only return that they offered was to the original form of payment. I had called the store the day before and confirmed that I could get an in- store credit, but what store would have that rule, anyway. Waited forever for the problem to be resolved. Was not happy with the service and won't be shopping at that...
