Do not buy furniture from here. I ordered a custom sectional. It took 1.5 months to make. Ok, not a problem. I took the day off work on the date when it was scheduled to arrive. The delivery crew showed up with 1/2 of my sectional and the piece they delivered was missing a critical bracket. Fine, I was bummed but stuff happens. I rescheduled for another day to bring back the second piece. Took another half day off work. The delivery window was from 1-4 pm. I waited around all day. At 5 pm I got a text asking how my delivery was!!! I never received the second part of the sectional! No one ever came to my house. I got a text message from them asking to rate my delivery experience! I had to chase them down for two weeks and was finally able to get it rescheduled. They showed up today and the second part of the sectional was missing the legs for the bottom! I still haven’t been able to get people out to the house to repair the bracket. They also refused to waive my $179 delivery fee. I give up. No one at the store is willing to help and I’ve been told three times that the store handles sales and a different department handles delivery issues. They could care less.
Do not buy from them, it’s not worth the hassle and they are not concerned with trying to make it right either. I will never buy from them again. It’s been a complete nightmare. I am a patient person and understand that mistakes happen, but they are unconcerned about making it right and do not act with any sense of urgency. Spend your money...
Read moreMy 1st experience with VCF earlier this year was amazing when I purchased my living room set was amazing . Probably the easiest purchase of my life but I can't say the same for my recent experience.
I recently purchased a bed a mattress and while my experience in the store was quite seamless the events that followed would clearly blow my mind. So on the day of delivery I was given a 9-12 delivery window and the VCF arrived at 8:15 which was great for me because I'm an early bird (Military). The gentlemen but my bed together (pictured below) however, there was not a mattress which I thought was weird because why would VCF delivery one without the other? Secondly, if that was the case then I wouldn't opted to wait until both items were available to me. I call the store and explained the situation and only to be told someone would call me after 3 hours of not hearing anything I went into the store to met with a manager in which he provided me with a credit but at the end of the day I'm without a bed. I was told that I would basically have to go an additional 4 days without mattress so I've been truly inconvenienced.I honestly feel that with this being an error on VCF's part then they should have done everything in their power to fix this within 48 hours. Instead I'm now stuck having to leave work just so I can be home for my delivery that was set originally...
