This review is not directly pointed at this store. Actually the people that work at the store are pretty nice. This review is directly pointed at Xfinity itself and its customer service.
A few days ago my Internet bill jumped from $60 a month to 100. I called and spoke to a representative, and she stated that she was able to keep my bill at $60 a month and have a Wi-Fi 6 modem waiting for me at the store (while pressing me for phone service). When I came to this particular store to pick up my new modem, they were friendly here. By the time I got home I received an email stating that my new internet bill was $95. I called customer service to ask what was going on and they replied that they had no record of my phone conversation with the agent bringing my internet bill back down to $60. The gentleman I spoke to you said he could not offer me that same discount. So I ended the call. I called back and spoke to another gentleman that said pretty much the same thing but at least he was willing to give me a credit towards my next month to bring it back down to 60 until the issue was sorted out. He also opened up a ticket to have a supervisor call me. Said a supervisor would call me within 24's. I waited 48 hours and did not receive a call so I called back. This representative said she would get me directly to a supervisor then hung up on me. So I called back again, this person said a supervisor to call me in 10 minutes, I waited 2 hours and no phone call. So I called back again, this time just to cancel service at the end of this billing cycle.
I can honestly say that my problem with Xfinity started out as a issue over their price increase. It is now more directed at their terrible customer service. The lying and misleading tactics of their customer service is unheard of. It's a never-ending loop of Lies!
Horrible horrible customer service! Xfinity is not worth the hassle any longer! There are a lot of other companies out there that offer internet service, do some research like I am doing now to find a better solution.
In response to the owner's response to my review. All your link does is take me to an Xfinity text chat. Talking to someone over text gets you absolutely nowhere. Talking to a person directly over the phone or face-to-face is the best solution. But even that got me nowhere with Xfinity. You can only make so many phone calls that get you nowhere before you've had enough. Thanks anyways, but I'm all done...
Read moreSwitched from Verizon... Omg my bill is 1/4 what it was, AMAZING 🤯. Store was exceptionally clean, I MEAN HOSPITAL GRADE CLEAN. It was a fantastic experience! I am loving my new free pH as well as 2 other family members. No issues with service. All of the staff was fantastic!
I have had the Beta wifi w xfinity for 5 yrs. Best prices when you sign up but only new customers get the deals that's disheartening because your bill will double. But they still are the cheapest wifi. Yes it sucks that everything is through the phone in a series of many buttons pushed to get to a live person but that is the world we now live in. With that said: The cell service plans are the best n the WiFi best priced n they always try to be helpful on the ph even tho you may be on the ph for an hour. The technician's are always very curtious and never grumble if you want to exchange your equipment. Nothing is perfect, but I do like their prices. I too get frustrated. I was on the pH once for 1.15 hrs and was transferred to 3 different people. I told the person on the ph very calmly, "I'm sorry if it's going to sound like I'm talking at you and not to you. But I've been on the ph a longgg time and spoke with 3 people.. I feel like I've had too much coffee on an empty stomach an no sleep! I think my head is going to explode and if you can't help me I'm going to go insane and take you with me"! We both busted out laughing! My humorous rant, actually made both of us feel better. I'm the customer, they are going to try to make me happy and the calmer I am the more enjoyable it is for them to help me, "the customer". Besides, who wants to be responsible for making someone's job miserable. We just want to be heard but who can hear us "the customer" if we are running in a circle pulling our hair and screaming 🤦 So rant away, but do it with humor, I promise you will feel better. I hope whoever is reading this, it makes ...
Read moreI cannot believe how disgustingly I was treated by Jay at this store. He is immensely ill-fit to be the "manager" at this store and treated myself along with my 2 toddlers with absolute disrespect and insult. My wife and I purchased 2 phones from this store 12/16/24. We had 1 phone shipped to us which arrived 12/18 - Motorola Razr. The phone screen broke 12/25 precisely at the seam of the flip for absolutely no reason. My wife went in 12/25 and spoke with Christopher who was very kind and helpful on our options to send in an insurance claim with the insurance we purchased 12/16 or to swap the phone out because we were in a "14-day grace period". I went in 12/26 to do this and spoke with the Jay who felt it was his job to villainous rather than help us. He told me that it was "his store policy" that they cannot take the phone back, despite speaking with Xfinity customer service on speaker phone while in the store stating that this was doable and they even e-mailed us over return labels. Jay went out of his way to be vindicative and spoke over the person on the phone stating that he refused to take the phone back. The entire conversation on his end was full of demeaning sarcasm as if he was excited to screw us over. Our next route of filing an insurance claim which is all done through a third party would put us over the "14-day grace period" and Jay sneered at us when asked about this. Even another store representative came over to apologize for the way I was being treated and that it was a common phone manufacturing issue. We were appalled at the entirety of the situation and decided that we will cancel all of our services. When I was walking out the door, Jay spit out the snide remark of "can't wait to never see you again!" I will ensure that I tell everyone I know to NEVER...
