It was my first time to this location, and I've only been once Maybe twice before this. But it was a long time ago because I cannot remember my experience. I ordered the Mango Tango Smoothie and absolutely loved it. I thought it was refreshing and just what I needed after work. However, I was not overly fond of the bowl, which I customized myself so everything in it I should like. I ordered romaine lettuce, quinoa, red onions, banana peppers, cucumbers, hummus, chicken, a lime vinaigrette, and a spicy cilantro dressing as well. The size was great, loved the fresh veggies and quinoa, even the dressing I loved. What I did not like was the chicken. No flavor at all and to be honest I was kind of grossed out by the look of it and a little bit by the texture. The hummus was okay, but I think next time I won't order it with this bowl. And unfortunately, this location seems to be struggling slightly with communication and effective teamwork. However, that was just from my one time experience and I understand that everyone has bad days. So will I be back, yes! But I'll be ordering a different meal.

Read moreI have been a customer of the small Beyond Juicery chains over the past year. Mostly for lunches, but sometimes for a quick dinner.
I have been to a variety of locations and this one has been the one that has disappointed me almost every time.
Today was strike 3 for me. I have once had my order messed up slightly (a bit disappointed but, no biggie). Then next time, my order was late to pick up - I arrived 10-15 min later than the order ready time I submitted and I still had to wait about another 5 minutes (again, not a huge deal). This time, I arrived at the time my order was submitted to be ready and had to wait an additional 30+ minutes until it was ready (I was not the only one waiting).
My orders aren't anything complicated - usually a salad and drink, or a side snack. When I submit my orders, to be cognizant of employees and potential workloads, I try to make sure to submit orders to be ready about 30 minutes from submission.
I hope someone with Beyond Juciery reads this and takes consideration of this.

I usually come to this beyond juicery on the regular, so this is a first to me. I've never seen them close the doors on customers, literally five minutes before they're supposed to "Help the customers who were already in there" even though there was only 1 person in there who ordered something. I was literally walking up to the door and saw the employee run up to the door, lock it & it was only 6:48, not even 5 minutes before closing.
Bad customer service, even as a person who's worked in food, I was never told to lock the doors 5 minutes before closing because that's usually when you get last-minute customers/service. Lock the door at your closing time. If that's the case, change your closing time to 6:48pm and not 7 pm, so you're not wasting people's time &...
