The pictures online show a beautiful place while upon walking in the place looks beautifully done. It once was. The place is dirty. The pillows that were once white are dirty, the nail polishes for the girls are old and crusty. Most of them were empty. The castle had some toys in it for pretend play however most of them were empty. There was a kitchen with absolutely no food. The nail polish as well as food is EASILY replaceable of barely any cost given the price of the party. Also the woman you speak to when calling about the place is rude and completely unprofessional. Rose. I had to call multiple times to receive my invoice for final payment and had to go after them to insure payment was fully processed. I also paid extra for additives as well as time for my party and they tried to have us removed before my allotted time. My invoice showed my time and I was still told multiple times that my party wasn’t the 2 hours I paid for. They should’ve had that on their records.
The princess I selected was Elsa and for a princess there was no enthusiasm six flags does a better job. For a princess there should have been more umph and princess like behavior.
All in all this place was once great but the upkeep is severely lacking. The 2 stars that are given are solely for the decor. The front desk woman Rose which is your first impression of the place should be fired. Not worth the...
Read moreI had my daughter’s 5th birthday here. The facility is absolutely adorable. The concept was everything. It was the perfect way to celebrate our princesses themed party. However, the lack of communication needs to improve. From the time I booked not once did anyone reach out to confirm any details. I had to reach out a few times via email to ask questions, request specific themes/princesses. The day of the party I arrived 5 minutes before our time, was greated by the hostess and then the hostess disappeared. I had to set up my own cake, cupcakes, cookies. The hostess showed up at 1:10 (party started at 1) saying we should begin because its already 10 after. We had our jackets laid out on a chair which we did not know would be used later on for story time, so coat storage should be something to add in the facility. The last 20 mins were rushed between pizza, giving the kids mini cupcakes (which i also provided my own) so the kids now were having double, and singing happy birthday. The time management was done poorly. I had 12 girls, 90 minutes most definitely was not enough time for make up, dress up, story time, coronation, food and cake. To end this review on a positive note, the Ariel was absolutely AMAZING! She was beautiful, so sweet, played the part to a TEEE! I even cried when she sang & danced with my daughter. Thank you Ariel so much for making my daughter’s...
Read moreI'd love to share a positive experience, however that wasn't the case. We paid $100 for 2 parents & 2 kids for the Back to School party, which included dance party (which was good), make-up (which was fun), ice cream (popsicle sticks 😒), nails (see attached pic), and design your own pencil case.
My 5 year has had her nails done multiple times and have never looked like this.
The design your own pencil case; we had 2 girls. One left with her name, the other who has 2 "A" in her name, couldn't even do her initials as there were no "A"s to be found. ... for the entire party, if you had an "A" in your name, you didn't do your name. Option i was provided by staff was to cut another letter and make an "A". The other small letter to place on a safety pin, too, lacked "A's.
Having 2 sisters who left with entirely different pencil cases is disappointing for what we paid.
Prior to leaving this review, I shared my concerns with staff as I exited. The flat affect/lack of genuineness i received warranted this review. Of basically "..OH, well hope you enjoyed the other parts".
Ariel was amazing and felt like she really got...
