My moms phone got turns off because I missed her payment. I went into the store and saw Mike. First he had to change the number which was fine. He told me I can call T-Mobile after 3 days and ask for the old number, if they have not assigned it to anyone I would be able to get it back. Long story short, I did all that they gave the old number back and still the phone did not work. I had to go back to see Mike. He was on the phone with the T-Mobile customer service and THEY WERE NO HELP. It must have been so frustrating for Mike to talk with them because frustrating for me to stand there and listen to the customer service person on the phone.
