Macy's — Local services in Bloomingdale

I said I wasn’t gonna leave with you but here I go anyways they had an Easter event April 19 on a Saturday, which was nice. We arrived a little bit early. The young lady I believe work at the perfume counter was a Big Debbie downer she actually got frustrated because the kids thought it was OK to pick up the eggs which they learned that it wasn’t time yet she kept on going on and on with her employees saying if it was up to her, she will just hand the eggs out and they won’t be allowed to just run through the store, but it wasn’t up to her. The manager and other young ladies was actually friendly. She needs to have some more customer service to learn how to be nicer...

Actually happy this location opened! Definitely nice to come here vs the mall, first off because there is parking.

Definitely some work needs to be put into this location, like there definitely was no AC, so extremely warm in the store. Employees were definitely breaking a sweat.

Then, the selection of clothing was pretty good for the women, but mens clothing definitely needs to grow. Both sides can definitely have more of a selection but I am assuming because they have just been open for a short period of time.

Hope this place gets better. But I am definitely happy...

My mother use to love Macy's but about 6 months ago she was trying use a gift card at the Bloomingdale location. They told her the card was used. The security code on the back of the card was unreadable. She is guessing that the cashier scratched it to hard.so she tried reaching out to there customer service department on the back of the card. They are completely useless. They had no record of me even calling in. If this is not resolved. I will have report...
