Besides the shock when we first got their and I'll explain what I mean by that remark. Ok we get their thinking we were just gonna walk in and get seated cause we called ahead of time and they of course said we didn't need any reservations that when you get their you get seated and you start from their. Not only did we not get seated we had to wait 30 minutes because we had to wait till a spot opened up due to the covid-19 restrictions. Which of course is understandable but I wish they would of said that ahead of time cause we could've checked in and by the time we would've gotten to the restaurant it would've been perfect timing. Enough of that now to the actual experience. The food and service was great. We had a very curtious server which helped us out allot because they don't have any menu's any more . Now It's done by scanning a QR code which will then bring up the menu on your phone which I understand that it actually it's very convenient but that was actually the first time we've ever had to go thru that experience. So you could just imagine all the confusion that we were going thru. But our server was very patient with us and we got our order, ordered. After all that the food was good like I said I just wish I would of taken pictures of our different plates so you guys could of seen how good it looked. Well that's all for now. Read moreI went to Best Buy over at this location and their customer service sucks! I went in there to exchange an office item that I got as a gift unfortunately without a gift receipt. Their staff told me that they aren’t able to help me if I didn’t have a proof of purchase. But I had told them specifically that I got as a gift. Anyways, I have had asked for a manager to speak with and they have refused to call one for me and said sorry we can’t do anything about it. I said ok thank you anyway and I left because I didn’t wanted to make any scene for something this small. So the next day, I went to a different location. They were much nicer and a super friendly staff. Right away they were able to help me and let me exchange the item with no problem. I suppose it all depends...
Read moreIt's a good place for shopping. Grocery, electronics clothing restaurant shoes books eye's doctor all main stores are in this shopping square.
But this year Jan 2019 bad thing is they didn't plow the snow from parking lot. You hardly seen the right parking spot. And it's not safe to park the car and walk through to store. Some times it's not safe and very hard to go out from parking lot specially in front of Best Buy and Ross because on the corner of road they plow the snow like a small mountain. It's to hard to go towards to Springfield Dr stop light. May be next year management take care of these things.
If they improve the above mentioned services I give 5 stars.
