After providing ID, jittery counter clerk told me he was uncertain if he could verify my legit driver’s license. I asked him if he need another form of ID, baffled, and he said no. He couldn’t verify the legitimacy of my ID. WHY IS HE WORKING THERE IF HE IS UNQUALIFIED TO VERIFY A VALID STATE-ISSUED ID? I've always had a great experience going into Hope's. Senja helped me and my partner today and couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant! Super awesome guy, answered all our questions and even taught us some stuff we didn't know. The guy behind the register had no idea what he was talking about. Came in looking for THCa flower, he tried to sell me delta 8 lol. Also the flower they do usually have you can purchase for much less online (yes, it is legal. look up 2018 farm bill/thca definitions). They literally remove the sticker and rebrand it as their own. Bro thought rosin and resin were the same thing and didn't know anything about how concentrates were made. How are you going to sell something to people that you know nothing about?
