Blowing Rock Frameworks & Gallery — Local services in Blowing Rock

I collect artwork by a somewhat known (depending on geography) North Carolina artist, with most of it hanging on my walls. When I learned that some of his works were displayed and sold by a gallery in Blowing Rock, I had to stop by. The gallery displays many works that appeal to me: outdoors, mountains, streams, woods and more. There is a nice sampling of various artists, and Tim Miller the owner, and Alex, were charming and gracious hosts. I'm glad I decided to stop by, I'll be keeping an eye out for future...

Work was adequate.. not great..the dry mount had wrinkles in it.. 3 stars but I have to deduct a star for the rude attitude I encountered from the man who does the framing. He was unnecessarily hostile towards me and acted as if I couldn’t grasp basic information which made a simple and straightforward transaction stressful for no reason whatsoever. When I returned to pick up my piece and mentioned the obvious wrinkles he said I could reorder my print! I will not...

The people at Blowing Rock Framing are SO NICE. I was worried about shipping two paintings, and they wrapped them up so nicely, so I didn't have to worry at all. Beautiful art to look at and buy, too. Go! ...
