This was my first experience ordering DTF n after researching my options it was obvious this place was the best choice to make. I contacted Alex n set up a time to discuss what I needed in detail. The next morning I got busy n forgot bout the time n he calls me! Which really impressed me. Like he was really wanting my business. He could obviously tell real quick that Ik very lil bout this whole gang roll deal. N I didn’t know anything besides I need like 200-220 prints that were on average 12” across n 10” high

Alex told me to just send him the designs in PNG files n how many I needed of each one n he’d take care of everything else for me. N the best part, he didn’t even charge me for setting up these gang rolls. Which I’ve seen some places charge like $50-$60 just for you to upload your own images. So the fact Alex knew I knew nothing bout wat to do exactly n totally hooked me up n took care of that process n hooked me up w no additional setup free really impressed me. Then he gave me the price for all the prints on gang rolls n I quickly realized I was paying much less compared to what I expected from seeing other places.

The turnaround time was much quicker than I expected n so far everything aspect of doing business w Alex has def exceeded all of my expectations. I went up to his store in blue springs to pick up my gang rolls n he showed me the printers. First thing I noticed is how clean n well taken care of both of his printers were. He has a 22” n a 20” printer n I believe he used thee 22” for my order.

When he showed me my rolls he started to explain that he has a 100% satisfaction guarantee n no matter what, even if I wasn’t happy w something or even f there was a mistake n it was my fault he would reprint everything he needed to to ensure I was 100% satisfied. Like, especially now days, what business is more concerned w making their customers 100% satisfied n backs that claim up.

I didn’t need anything redone btw n I totally was happy w what I saw so far. I got home n was excited to start trying my luck at pressing these. Alex gave me thorough detailed instructions that were super easy to follow n I had absolutely no problems pressing them. The colors are bold n rich n vibrant. The colors on the fils I sent him matched 100% on the films n still when I pressed them

Overall opinion of my experience. Alex went above n beyond expectations n made my experience easy, hassle free, n left me feeling like I found my DTF go to guy who genuinely cares bout his customers n has pride in his work.

Will I use Alex again? Oh I’m a customer for life

Would I recommend him to others? I wouldn’t waste my time even talking to any other place. His before the sale, after the sale, n mind blowing customer service there’s no reason to go anywhere besides here

This is my 3rd time getting prints from HUSTL3RS! n I was blown away by how it all went down.

We have several shows coming up in 4 different states n I needed 50 prints by Thursday evening, Friday morning by the latest. It was around 130p Wednesday n I knew I was asking a lot n I was totally blown away when I gotta text telling me they would be ready by 530p that day!!

Once again, I didn’t hafta set up the gang roll or pay an additional $50 like a lot of companies hit you w. I simple emailed him the designs, told him how many of each n what size, n BOOM! Less than 4hrs later they’re waiting on me.

Price wise, just based on the customer service n the fact Alex always comes in clutch for me, is more than worth the price he charges. When you factor in the overall quality n toss in his No Matter What, 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee, you are not going to find a deal or prices ike these anywhere else.

I honestly can’t say enough good bout the way this guy conducts business n treats his customers. Which, to me, customer service is a major factor w me. He’s always quick w advice or any troubleshooting I might need n always makes sure I’m good n my questions answered n issues solved.

The quality of the printed design was spectacular. They were vibrant, crisp, and exactly what we envisioned. The shirts looked amazing in person and truly elevated the whole birthday party theme. The application was also seamless; no peeling, no flaws- just perfect execution.

We received so many compliments at the party, and several parents even asked where we had them made! What’s even better is that the shirts are high quality and have held up beautifully in the wash, no fading or cracking at all.
