This would have been a five star review if it weren’t for David. When I walked Zane immediately stood up and greeted me with the most professional customer service. He continued to help me throughout my visit to the store while David remained seated in the back. (Now I’ve been shopping at this specific store for four years now and know that as soon as customer walks in all employees are to stand and someone greet them). A few minutes into being there another customer walked in and at that point David stood up and greeted them. While his greeting was great, the rest of his customer service was a little harsh, at least from a third party standpoint. Two ladies walked in and were looking for a vape device. Specifically she said that she was looking for a vape device she could put juice in. David proceeded to ask “well do you even know what you’re wanting?” And the lady stated again she was just looking for a vape and some zero nic juice due to having to stop smoking so many days before (and then I didn’t catch the rest of what she was saying). David proceeded to turn around and and say “well clearly we have a whole wall of those so what exactly are you wanting”. I completed my transaction with Zane, who again was a lovely lovely person to work with and had the best customer service, and as I was walking out David turned and goes “Zane do a price check on these”. Coming from a customer service background I had to leave before my mouth got the best of me because from a complete third party standpoint I would’ve corrected him first thing if I was the customer he was working with. If you don’t like working with people or can’t fulfill a customer service role, then don’t work in customer service. An attitude like David’s is what turns business away. The guys that work here are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The store is well supplied, clean and organized. They earned this five star rating from me.
Edit. I'm glad to be going back home to California. The guys here are a lot less knowledgeable than I first thought, and not friendly towards complaints. They sold me a pack of coils for a tank I don't have, even after I said something about the colors of the gaskets. They told me the color of the gaskets is nothing to worry about then sold me Clieto 120 vape coils. Mine are black, the ones they sold me are orange gaskets. They just don't fit my tank. (Clieto Pro) Having made the mistake of selling me the wrong merchandise, they should have been grateful to help me. They weren't, and to be a little more exact, they pointed at a sign that says "No Returns"...apparently that is what they do...Make a sale any way you can then screw the customer over.

Read moreI showed the employee working a picture of the coils I needed and he said they didn’t carry them, but they had a different kind that would be compatible with my vape. I thought he knew what he was talking about so I bought them. After doing a little research once home it was clear he was wrong. I was just glad I hadn’t opened them.
I went in the next day to return them and purchase coils that would work. I spoke to a much more knowledgeable employee and showed him the same picture of what I had been looking for. He said oh yeah we definitely carry those and put the correct coils on the counter and asked who had sold me the others because they weren’t even close to being compatible. I pointed to the employee working right next to him who admitted to not knowing anything about their inventory or compatible coils, but refused to reimburse me for his mistake. Because of this employee’s unwillingness to take responsibility for his $18 mistake, they lost a consistent customer which from a business perspective is beyond stupid.
