Permanently lost a customer. I sure as heck get an email when I place an order but NEVER receive an email with this store accepts my delivery. (Works great with other locations!). My last two orders have been returned before I have received an email that they are ready for pickup. Great way to run a business, be it the store or the delivery company.... I have been a Maurices customer for years...I avoid the Blue Springs, Mo store! They have an associate on staff, Nancy, that is the rudest person I have ever had to deal with.
