Frost Bank — Local services in Boerne

We had a terrible experience at this branch today with a teller named Liz. My family in Houston keeps large business accounts with frost. We have always been very happy with the service until today. We set out to open 2 new accounts...a UGMA of some kind for our new baby daughter, and a joint account for my husband and I. The teller was rude, point blank. She snapped as my husband was struggling to hear, and basically decided for us what kind of account was being opened. When we tried to ask questions, she said flatly “I just told you that.”

Just...horrifyingly rude service. I called our personal banker in Houston and was given the accounts without the $8 a month “fee”...because we have so many accounts open and are long time and loyal members of this bank. Upsetting to...

The Boerne Frost Bank location does a great job and taking care of individuals, nonprofits, and businesses. I appreciate how they are involved in and support the community.
