I'm just a teacher's wife trying to show appreciation during teacher appreciation week and ironically this store didn't follow directions and gave me a grammatically incorrect treat. The issue is that I could not get a refund and they couldn't fix it until the next day. There was one worker and he was not trained to address mistakes. The young kid working there didn't want 2 put the shake I bought in the clear cups they come in saying, management has asked us not to. Although the clear cups were in front bt the counter. I had a great experience at this location. I know in the Chicagoland area, we have many choices of Mrs. Fields. But, this location went above and beyond for our corporate event. The matched the logo perfect. They sent a text when they finished the cookie so I was not waiting when I arrived. The owners were both waiting to greet me and make sure I was happy with the product.
