My fiance and I have been looking for his ring for quite some time. We finally found one at the Roger & Hollands in Schaumburg but we didn't buy it right then and there because he still wanted to look. Little did we know, the ring he loved there was clearance and on its last mark down before it was sent back. We only found this out because Raj and Barbara at the Lombard location took time and effort to track it down for us! They were both absolutely AMAZING and have made my fiance and I extremely happy! I was stressing out because I really thought we were going to have to settle. Raj found the ring in another state and placed the order for it for me before I even paid because he knew how much we wanted this ring! Once it came in, we had to have some extreme resizing done and the jeweler didn't feel comfortable doing it. Raj ended up finding another jeweler who would! I don't write reviews often, but my experience with this store definitely deserves notice. As beautiful as the products were in the store, what makes this location stand out from most jewelry stores (and even other Rogers & Holland stores I went to) is the employees that worked so patiently with me. Specifically speaking, Raj and Abdul deserve absolute recognition and make an amazing team. Coming from someone who knew nothing about engagement rings, Raj and Abdul spent HOURS educating me until they made sure I felt comfortable with my purchased product. On top of that, I never felt pressured with having to purchase my product when compared to other stores. Raj's demeanor is so wholesome, he made sure I was receiving the best deal for my product to the point that he was going above and beyond by making phone calls to make sure he wasn't missing any potential specials/promotions that could lower the price; this man is truly an asset to the business. Even though my soon-to-be fiancé has not seen the ring just yet, I wouldn't want to have purchased my product at any other place with any other people than Raj and Abdul. Thank you again...

As far as service goes: A refreshing change. Friendly, helpful, respectful, honest. After feeling intimidated and discouraged by all the "big name" stores with their pushy and condescending sales people, coming here was an unbelievably refreshing experience

They had a very relaxed attitude, showed us everything we wanted to see, made suggestions after actually listening to us. You can tell the staff here.is very knowledgeable, but they aren't flexing their knowledge and are selective in their words and tone when explaining things. I know they could tell we were naive in the ways of engagement rings, and rather than upsell and profit off us, they explained and educated us.

Anyone looking to figure out what they want without having to fight off that commission sharks, just save yourself the hassle and come here first.

As far as jewelry goes: Their stuff seemed a little more unique. They had absolutely any and everything you could want style wise, but without the mass produced big box store feel.
