I visited Couch's in late January to pick out an engagement ring and I was initially greeted by Ashton. Ashton is by far the most helpful person in the shop!! I walked in with a pear shape in mind, but as soon as I slipped one on my finger I hated it. Ashton presented a few different shapes and then.....BOOM! He showed me the round brilliant. I immediately fell in love.
I used Couch's for several jobs. Two rings resized, the purchase of my engagement ring, a wedding band, and the purchase of a third ring for a wedding gift. I traded family heirlooms for said items. I called to check on some items a few times. There is a girl that works in Couch's named Robin- Avoid her at all costs. She will ruin your experience!! There were definitely a few hiccups along the way and lets just say I found myself a little disgruntled, deservingly so.
The owner of the shop took it upon themselves to personally call me at 7pm at night to make it right. We spoke for thirty minutes and got to know one another. That is true customer service. I don't care who you are. Kathy is a very hard working, faith driven woman who strives to keep her customers returning and I admire that. These guys are very good at what they do and they are very transparent about how they do it.

Read moreI took my diamond wedding ring to Couch's Jewelry to have the prongs recapped and polished. I was told that it would take about two weeks to complete it. When I returned to pick up my ring I was told to come back the next day it was not ready. When I picked up my ring I noticed that my diamonds were smaller and that is was not the same ring. I informed the clerk and was told by her that maybe I forgot what my ring looked like. I was highly surprised by the lack of customer service she when speaking be about my concerns, especially when they pride themselves on excellence and as a premiere jewelry store. The clerk was dismissive, rude and showed a lack of interest to rectify the situation. I paid for their services and was treated horribly. They denied any wrong-doing. My ring has lost sentimental value as well as material value that can't be replaced. I'm highly disappointed and dissatisfied by the service I received. I will never do business with Couch's Jewelry again nor do I recommend them. If you have any jewelry that is sentimental to you or a family heirloom be careful because it could happen to you. Still no call. I showed up and asked for my jewelry. I was not shown the repair work nor the $$ chain ordered to replace mydamaged(?) ones.The jeweler walked behind me with my diamond pendant and new chain and placed it on me. He never offered a mirror to look at the piece. I paid and left. I was so shocked. Upon looking further, after leaving the store, the chain did not match my pendant and the repair work was not done. I returned and was given my $$$ back and my old damaged chains. Shocking! Untrustworthy!...
