Great new bicycle shop opened on Washington Street in the South End across from Peter's Park. Since Community Bicycle closed recently on Tremont street, this is a welcome bike shop to the neighborhood!

The owner's are very friendly and professional. They know what they are doing when it comes to servicing your bicycle. Recently brought my bike in for service for a stuck seat post. Even though it was going to be a very difficult job, they made every effort to get the job done and they did it! I tried bringing it to Community Bicycle but they refused to fix it. The price for labor was fair and I was told it took 4 mechanics to remove the seat post .

I am indescribable grateful for this AMAZIMG shop. I was traveling from out of state on the way to a race, and had an issue with my bike, hoping that someone could help me in time. They took what was frankly an unreasonable ask and timeline, and went so far above and beyond in figuring out how to fix it, and even fixed a handful of other things.
