Alexandria Pizza — Restaurant in Boston

I appreciate that you guys are open very late. But if you say that you will deliver within 60 minutes and then disappear it doesn't matter. I placed an order at 2:15 AM and was told the delivery would arrive within 60 minutes. I called the restaurant several times until you closed at 3:30 a.m. and no one picked up the phone. Eventually I got a call 75+ minutes later from the delivery person who threatened to not deliver the pizza unless I tipped them. I asked for a refund and then they said they would check with the manager because they "weren't late". I still haven't received a refund.

Follow-up: I called in the morning after the store reopened to see if I could get a refund. The poor woman who answered the phone tried to talk to her manager about it. After a long hold time, she told me she would look into it and they would call me back. Meanwhile I could hear the manager in the background yelling at her to "Tell me to go f myself in the $@"#!# and that she needed to stop wasting his time.". Thanks buddy. I issued a charge back on the credit card. I hope that employee escaped your toxic work...

Ordered for delivery, over an hour passed and no one showed up. We called the store to which they claimed the driver showed up and tried to call us but couldn't reach us. We were waiting directly outside where we were staying the entire time and had our phones on us. So that was a lie. The man claimed the driver was coming back to us and it would be 10 minutes. 25 more minutes rolled by, no one showed up or called us. We called the store again and we were told the delivery driver couldn't get to us because the street was blocked off. Another lie. We canceled altogether and told we were getting a refund. They charged me anyway. I called back and the man who picked up was extremely rude and trying to make up that it was another company that we ordered from, and then claimed he was refunding me and I would see it in a few days. Nope. Now I have to dispute with my bank and waste further time. if you're in Boston, DO NOT choose this place to eat. Not worth your time of money. Horrible experience...

It was late and we were looking for food to be delivered and this place was recommended by the representative at the front desk of the hotel we were staying in (he did warn us it was no good). My friend called and the lady that answered the phone was so rude, my friend try to ignore her attitude and rudeness and continued to try and place an order, unfortunately it was too much and she ended the call to avoid being rude in return. I waited a few minutes and decided to try again (we really wanted some food lol) this time a gentleman answered the phone he promptly asked for my phone number and cut me off after my area code and continued to read back to my friends number. I corrected him and continued trying to place an order.
