ok let me start over! This hands down!! In the worst CVS I've ever been in!! HOLLY CRAP!!! So let's get beyond walking 10steps into the store and your already at the end of the store. Small store!!! Anyways let's talk about its shallow nose stuck up in the air for no reason what so ever!!. So Tuesday afternoon I walk into that cvs with a friend of mine to pickup his medication. First thing I like todo in a new cvs is to do a "round" check out any clearance. See if there are any different items or products that they sell their that I haven't seen before. Ya know? Looking for hidden Gems! So im walking around that little store and up my butt are two cvs workers following me around that little store. They should worry about stocking those empty shelves they have. So then I go up to the register and I love how the cashier doesn't want to talk to you. He has these nasty look on his face. So I ask if he could tell me how much I have on my cvs giftcard. He looks on the back. Says " Try calling that number" then says we'll " You will have to buy something for him to knownthe balance." Which makes no sense I've had cashier tell me the balance right away. They scan the barcode. So I said whatever to the kid. So as im walking away the 3 of them laughing at me. Heard one of them say. How he is tried of poor people coming into his store. Yes ladies and gentlemen im being givin the businesses by a teenage cvs employee!! Life is hard!! But anyways no customer service what so ever! Where is management?! I mean for all the employees there to be doing and thinking the same way has to start from the top. So this must be an ok thing to do. Follow and lie to your customers. Read moreOn 10/10/2018 around 6pm, an employee at the register harassed an elderly customer (who was slow) as soon as the customer turned to walk out the door. I returned to ask the employee if there was a problem. The employee responded by saying, "No, but I get off at midnight if you'd like to discuss it," which I perceived as a threat of physical violence. I then asked to see a manager and was approached by an overly manipulative employee wearing a name tag that said "Jonathan" (customer service) who identified himself as the manager. Jonathan refused to take a formal complaint, would not (or could not) tell me what the store number or phone number was, and abusively harassed me to leave the store as employees laughed.

Read moreI bought some groceries the other day at this location and left my debit card at the front register, I am 99% sure the person working the register took it as it was right there in front of her face and 10 minutes after leaving the store I got these charges for $250 even, $50 even, and $25 even on my card. Understandably upset, I call the store to speak with a manager to let them know they may have staff on hand that would do such a thing - the manager seemed totally uninterested and could care less. I could hear him talking to other people and really had nothing to say about it, was just waiting for me to stop talking so he could get off the phone.
