We bought a prepaid QR code for an event for $55. We drove through the first 2 levels down and there were very few open spots. There were way too many spots labeled "compact", yet most of them had SUVs squeezed in. Most spots had poles that intruded into the space. Eventually found one that wasn't labeled "compact" and squeezed in but then couldn't open the doors. Went back looking again and luckily managed to find a larger open one by the elevator that someone had left.
As others have said, the prepaid QR code is hard to get to read at the entrance and impossible to enter the doors from the street. If you tap on the QR code it went to one end of the screen, but this still didn't help. Had to wait for someone else to leave the garage to get back in the doors from street level.
Leaving the garage after the event was a nightmare too. We left after the 8th inning to get out early, but something went wrong at both exits. Attendants had closed one exit and directed everyone to the other, where we sat standstill for about half an hour. Eventually started moving very slowly and the attendants were manually processing tickets at the gate for those that didn't have the QR code. Hopefully this was just a one-off event, but we'll definitely look...
Read moreI figured I would write a positive review because I've read a lot of negative reviews about this parking location. We actually booked a spot through spot hero at Simmons college for a concert at Fenway. But spot hero reached out and rebooked our parking to this location because the previous location was under construction. We did not have to pay any additional money to park here. There was a polite young man at the gate when we pulled in that assisted scanning our QR code allowing us to enter. We found a spot in the lowest level. The spots are tight but that is to be expected in any parking garage in Boston. Do not bring a full size truck here as would be very difficult to park it. We parked our midsize SUV without any issues. Took the elevator up and when we came back there was a polite young gentleman assisting with scanning the QR codes at the exit gate. All in all this was not a bad experience. FYI The spot hero rate for this parking garage was $80. Which we did not have to pay but I noticed when we pulled in it said $60 for all Fenway events so if you are using a parking app you may be paying more to park than had you just shown up. Although I suppose there's no guarantee of there still being parking spots available when you ...
Read moreI am a resident here and this place really doesn’t hold up their end of the bargain. I don’t mind paying the $465 as resident that it has increased to since I have lived here. It was $375 when I first moved in here in 2021. My problem is that I drive an electric vehicle and they only supply 2 charge point chargers for the whole garage. This is for not only Fenway Triangle but also the Pierce building - not to mention people who work in the area and the people who attend the events i.e. Red Sox games and concerts. Also half the time these chargers are broken!!!! VPNE has many garages in Boston including the super large one over at the wharf buildings in the Seaport. I kid you not there are at least a minimum of 24 there. Why can’t we have even just 4 here? It would be wonderful to have 2 on each level. They could care less about Electric Vehicles or green products here they cater to the crowd which is basically the Red Sox fans who will pay $50+ on any given day...
