The team at Miniluxe Fenway was absolutely incredible—I can’t recommend them enough, especially for caregivers.

I called last-minute to book pedicures with callous treatments for my Mom and me. My Mom’s heels were painfully dry and fissured, and I knew I couldn’t help her enough on my own. She rarely spends money on herself and has mobility challenges, so getting her to agree to go was a big deal. Jai’sa, the Studio Director, worked her magic and squeezed us in together.

To keep it stress-free, I asked to pay upfront for us both, including the tip, so my Mom wouldn’t worry about cost. Jai’sa made this seamless by sending an electronic invoice, ensuring discretion. The studio itself is beautiful, clean, and relaxing. Jai’sa even helped my Mom pick a vibrant red polish, “Soaring Dragon,” which she absolutely loves—she’s mentioned it multiple times since!

While waiting, I noticed my Mom’s fingers were extremely dry and peeling. Though a manicure wasn’t available, Jai’sa offered nourishing hand cream and oil, which my Mom said made a huge difference. She also helped us find an oil for home use and arranged for her fingernails to be trimmed, plus offered her collagen socks for extra care.

Tuong, my Mom’s nail tech, was patient and meticulous, especially in treating her heels, bringing her visible relief. He answered her questions throughout, and Jai’sa later recommended a foot cream and gifted her a file to help prevent future issues. My technician, Wanna, did a fantastic job on my Lisbon Pink pedicure, ensuring precise polish application and proper drying. I appreciated being able to sit beside my Mom the whole time since she was nervous about going.

When my phone battery died, Tuong generously lent me his charger and even gave me a tip to help extend battery life in the future. Throughout, Jai’sa not only provided amazing hospitality but also uplifted and recognized her team’s skills & contributions, which was wonderful to see.

This was a truly exceptional experience—thoughtful, caring, with so much heart & soul, and technically flawless. Moments of joy like this are rare, and I’m so grateful for how well they took care of my Mom. I will absolutely be recommending Miniluxe...

I came in on Saturday and got a pedi cure, brow wax, and healthy extensions mani (gel extension full set). My mani is already down a nail. I have had a lot of sets in the past and this is the first one that has lost a nail with on the first couple of days after. I work a desk job so it’s not like I’m hard on my nails and should expected to have them fixed in between appointments. The gel extension gel was never taken care of under my nail. So in between my natural nail and the extension I have chunky bits of overflow gel that is uncomfortable. Normally a technician would either smooth that at the time of curing or later when filling, neither happened.

I genuinely feel bad about the pedi the station had a couple of issues. The knob to the foot bath was broken and the foot rest was also broken. I kept moving the foot rest with my feet as the technician was working on them on accident. I know it’s 110% not that technicians fault that she has to work with not the best equipment but it’s the owners fault to make sure things are in good working order and it doesn’t seem like they are keeping to that standard of working conditions.

I’m disappointed to have spent as much money as I did there. I don’t have a lot of time to spend on myself so getting this was a treat but unfortunately it didn’t turn out that way. Now next weekend I’m going to have to find a place to remove these nail extensions or...

Above and beyond This was my first time in Miniluxe and it seems I got extremely lucky with the manicure master straight away. She did pedicure, manicure, and a feet massage. The massage felt great, honestly, a spa experience. She just seems to have a talent for it, I literally felt the circulation improve. Pedicure seems good, I'll see how the polish holds up, but there's some kind of nail 'insurance' they promised to fix up any chipping for free so I'm not to worried. She exfoliated it very thoroughly, too. Now, manicure was amazing. She asked me for the desired shape and length, did the filing on one nail, proceeded with the rest upon approval, then asked me if I wanted anything changed / fixed, I asked for a small touch-up, she did it very carefully. The polish itself was layered with extreme caution and attention to detail, like wow she cared. A perfectionist. She got a fresh bottle of the polish, double-checked the shade, perfected the shape with a tiny brush, then offered to add a sparkle to one if the nails which I happen to like.
