Debra is absolutely amazing. We had stopped by her store a few weeks ago when searching for a setting for a family diamond for my engagement ring; I didn't quite see what I was looking for, but we were really impressed with her friendliness, knowledge, and professionalism. We ended up going with her when we realized that the ring that had the family diamond we were planning on using would be AWESOME for the engagement ring. We had remembered her for her showing us the custom work she had done and just her overall friendliness. I had talked with both her and another jeweler in the building about modifying the ring to take out some accent diamonds and replace them with sapphires, but only Debra was able to figure out what would look best with the ring and offered me a rework of the ring that was just what we wanted from the ring. She offered honest opinions about what would look best in terms of sapphire colors, and spent probably 30 minutes with me just working through different options.

We just picked up the ring this past Saturday, and are totally, totally in love with it. She was very communicative about the entire process while we were waiting, and honestly, had a very quick turn around on the changes to the ring. This was an older piece, and she was able to retain so much of the character of it but be able to incorporate my fiance and my unique personalities into it. She turned something that had a lot of sentiment into something I look forward to wearing every day for the rest of my life.

If you're at all looking for a jeweler, hit her up first. We intend to use her for routine maintenance on the ring, but also for custom designs with the diamonds she took out of the original ring. I can't express how satisfied I am.

UPDATE: Wanted to comment based on the experience I had with Deb regarding our wedding bands. We had another amazing, amazing experience with Deb on them. She worked again with us on design and doing a custom wedding band for me, and it came out absolutely perfectly. For my husband she was patient, and helped us choose something that he would be willing to wear and comfortable in, as, like most guys, he doesn't like anything on his hands.

Both of us wear our rings every day and are as happy as can be. I can't recommend...

Where do I even begin?!?! My experience at Keezing Kreations was nothing short of amazing-I can truly say one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I was looking for a custom engagement ring, found Debra online and decided to give her a call. From the very beginning, I could tell that Debra was going to be my jeweler. During my first phone call, I told her what I was looking for and she acted quickly and efficiently. She got me multiple different diamonds that I wanted to look at, in my price range-which no one else wanted to do without meeting me first. When I came in, she showed me the diamonds and we started to discussed the ring design I had in mind. This is where Debra's knowledge and experience was extremely helpful. She went into full detail of things that are good and bad about my design ideas. She wasn't afraid to challenge me on some of my ideas-most people will just agree with you to just sell the product. I truly valued and appreciated Debra’s honesty. You could tell she had my best interest in mind. At this point, I felt that Debra wasn't interested in just a sale, rather she genuinely wanted to help me and she didn't even know if she was going to get my business. I left her office that day and I told her I needed time to think about it and asked her to hold one of the diamonds for me. She didn't ask for a deposit, rather she took my word and told me she would hold it for me. It took me about 2 weeks to make up my mind, but in that time, Debra didn't pressure me with phone calls or emails or any other tactics that sales people usually try. After I made my decision, it was smooth sailing from there. I came back to see Debra, we finalized the design and in 3 weeks the ring was ready. If I ever had any question, I was always able to reach her. Not once did I have a hard time contacting her. Once the ring was ready, I could not believe my eyes. It came out exactly how I wanted-actually better than I could have hoped for. Again, I can’t say enough good things about Debra and my shopping experience. If you are interested in any kind of custom jewelry, I really recommend you give Keezing Kreations a try, you won't be disappointed. Debra’s ability to be patient, intuitive ,caring and all the while being a mind reader made this adventure of a life time, a one of a kind once experience. She helped me bring my visions of what I wanted my ring to look like into reality!

From coming into her shop on the day of the Patriots Parade to open up for us, so she could speak to me and try to get an idea of what I was thinking, right threw to expediting the final product on a short time line!!!

It’s unbelievable how she was able to understand what I visioned in my mind with out anything to go on except my words if you know me communicating isn’t my best attribute

She was able to locate the sapphires 2 of them equally matching (she was told by one gem dealer it would be almost impossible) she also brought back 3 diamond choices for me to see and choose! Incredible experience!! WOW!,

This process was done in under 2 hours, her ability to comprehend all of my words that had just been visions in my head is unreal! She listened so intently and with such patients! Yes she asked questions and gave me examples of what I was speaking about but. Never tried to change my thoughts or ideas to her own! Wow! That never happens everyone always wants to do it their way ! She also located and found the exact gems I wianted and designed the band and setting for me as per my wishes of everything right down to width and thickness, even tho everyone else in the room at this time recommended something different she stuck to my dream and created it. End result surpassed y expectations, absolutely beautiful. Finished product was in a blink of an eyes time as promised Full line of communication was keept by Debra during the process including photos I just loved this whole experience and her taking me under her wing to make my dreams reality !! I’m with out words!!
