L'extensioniste is a salon specialized in hair extensions but offers all the other hair services like haircut, color and treatments. Very cozy place and you will have 100% personalized attention. Is located in a place with plenty space to park. This hair salon is runned by the owner that is Kriscia. She is a very professional stylist that is efficient and very careful with the hair. Went to her salon with an old blue balayage and I wanted to change the color to purple (my hair has gone through a lot of decolorations and dyes). She assessed my hair, showed me the available options to do this hair make over and suggested me what was better my hair to get the results that I wanted. She is going to be very honest about the process to do your hair and if there's any challenges (in my case, it was hard to remove my old blue color but she was able to notice when my hair has going to be able to take in the new color) Her priority will be that you get out of her salon with beautiful, healthy hair and while she is in that process to make it happen, she will be 100% focused on her client. After she finished with my hair, she suggested a variety of hair products to maintain my new color and keep my hair healthy. Kriscia made me feel pretty again! I have been experiencing postpartum hair loss and feeling so negative about my hair that it was affecting my whole mood. One day, I decided I had enough and Kriscia accommodated a very last minute appointment for me in very terrible weather (such work ethic!). Before she started working on my hair, Kriscia gave me a pep talk and told me that I need to shake off this negative view of my hair because my hair is fine, but just needs some TLC. I needed to hear that! She then took her time and care to give me a very flattering haircut that made my hair appear thicker/fuller and healthier. I have been getting a lot of compliments about my haircut and that NEVER happens! She also highlighted my hair gorgeously, and I feel so much better about my hair and appearance now. :) Kriscia then gave me tips for hair care, how to style my hair to give me more volume, and told me how often to come back for maintenance and what to get done each time to save me time and money. I was looking for a change of look. After searching on Google, I found L'Extensioniste hair salon! I made an appointment for a consultation on extensions and color. My experience has been very rewarding from the start. Kriscia provided me with a lot of information about extensions and color; we talked for almost 2 hours! She explained the process: first color, then we would match the color, and finally apply the extensions! This process took about a week because she had to order my extensions in the color we wanted. Kriscia created an amazing balayage! She trimmed my hair to keep it healthy, then applied my extensions and cut my hair again to create a very natural look! No one can believe I have extensions!
