Went to the IRS for assistance with a itin # and this man was very hostil, rude and had a horrible attitude towards my husband and I . I didn’t catch his name but he is in the first office. He didn’t even know how to do his job , I had to ask what he needed. This kind of person shouldn’t be working there especially helping out immigrants.
