Fantastic Hair Transformation by Michelle 🤗😻

I recently had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Michelle at M Salon in Boston, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the moment I walked in, Michelle's professionalism and expertise put me at ease. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and offered valuable suggestions based on her knowledge and experience.

Throughout the process, Michelle's attention to detail was evident, ensuring that every strand was perfectly styled. Her skillful hands and creative vision truly transformed my hair into a work of art. Not only did she exceed my expectations, but she also provided valuable tips for maintaining my new look at home.

I’ve been debating posting a review all day. I had a noon appointment with Bianca and she was nice and pleasant however I wouldn’t recommend getting your hair cut by her.

She came in late and the entire appointment was over by 12:44. This is a was cut and style done in less than 45 mins for 100$. And again she was late so the 45 mins is actually pretty forgiving here.

I don’t have a tender head but if you do she rips through your hair without a thought to the pain it might cause. When the appointment was over and she styled my hair I left with my bangs looking like There’s Something About Mary. I had to smooth them down myself before walking out of the salon. Again 100$ to have my bangs sticking up.

I went home and washed my hair to remove the style and the product and to see what did the haircut look like without the horrible style. The bangs were crooked and needed fixing and were fixed at another salon. The rest of the haircut could use some texture and again I cannot stress this enough...

This is the worst salon ever!!!

I went the fist time here just for a dark root but i didn’t wanted to lose the color at the ends. And one of them color my hair dark with patches everywhere, I contact Michelle for a fix and she wanted to put just color on the patches that will be free if I want something else it’s gonna be a charge of $275 or something like that… but what about how I wanted before they messed up my hair? And I end up paying!!!!

I went back to that salon with different pictures to see what was easy for her to do and she said I didn’t know what I even wanted and that I went with unrealistic expectations, i appreciate that she tried to fix something that “ was not her fault” but is her salon. I appreciate she worked late to “fix it” But I would’ve appreciated it more is she didn’t touch my hair!!!
