The owner/saleswoman, Raeleigh, was incredible and our shopping experience at the showroom was second to none. We felt no pressure to make the purchase, and she was very knowledgeable about all of the products (we were looking at sactionals). We were able to look at many different upholstery materials, and probably took home 4 or 5 swatches to better see how they looked in our apartment. We also probably sat on every piece in the showroom, and the variety that was set up definitely helped us get a better idea of what we were looking for. P.s. even if you don't get it like us, the in-couch sound system thing is definitely something to experience. The fact that you can always install it later is a big plus. Raeleigh advised us to go home to think more since it definitely is a big purchase. We appreciated the acknowledgment that these products are very expensive, and the no pressure attitude went a long way for us. We came in the next day and Raeleigh remembered us and was able to pull up our file to drop right back into where we left off. I am a very indecisive person and with the number of customizations lovesac offers I just couldn’t make a decision. I have been contemplating buying a lovesac for over 2 years and visited many stores but just never bought the couch.

My husband and I walked into the store a few days ago and had the pleasure of working with Jon. Jon was so patient with me and worked with me every step of the way. Even when we got to payment and I wanted to see another sample, Jon went pulled out the sample. He was kind and personable the entire time. We have been working with Joez and he is FANTASTIC! We visited the store about 3 months ago and he answered all of our questions and such. We were just so busy at the time we did not purchase but we stayed in contact. He alerted me when there were deals and such. Finally we went in and closed the deal today (Black Friday weekend) and he was so helpful! Thank you for being patient with us and teaching us about all the things lovesac offers!
