I've spent $1000+ and anytime I want to see something I get rude comments from both Asians about "not wasting their time". VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! I was traveling from out-of-state and needed to have my sterling silver pendant cleaned. As soon as I walked-in the three Asian ladies looked at me with disgust like I did not “belong” in the store. They just said that they do not clean or polish jewelry. What jewelry store does not clean jewelry? So how can they keep their jewelry on display polished for merchandise? I left and will NEVER RETURN to this...

Joe and his Cal are reasonable with their merchandise, if u want good quality and a fair price, strongly recommend the brothers, you get what u pay for I have been to other jewelry stores more money in fact called traxx of new York and his price was 3 thousand more on a 306 gram cuban link chain I purchased 3/22/25 brand new tag still on the merchandise.
