5 stars does not do Anastasia and my experience at the Diamond Spot justice. From the very first call with her, my now fiance and I knew that this is where we wanted to go to pick out our ring and Anastasia is who we wanted to buy it from! When we first started looking for a diamond, our first appt was with a Jewerly store in NH (which I will not name) and when we got there they had none of the sizes or cuts my fiance told them she was looking for. After about 15 minutes and more questions from them asking me what I could afford than what we were actually looking for, we just left. This is when my fiance did a search and found the Diamond spot. She messaged for an appointment and Anastasia responded quickly. Even over our initial messages through chat and text, it felt like we had known her for years. When I first spoke to Anastasia she spent 20-30min asking me all about our story, how we met and just getting to know what we were looking for. She earned my trust and from there on, my experience with them got better. She and her boss, Eric, sat down with us in person, showed us several stones, not once pressuring us about anything. Anastasia personallt helped me every step of the way and I can honestly say that if it wasn't for her I am not sure I would have been able to get the exact diamond that my finace wanted. The cost was 40% less than the sleeze from the new hampshire store and the diamond itself was a better cut and clarity! Even after we settled on it, we stayed in contact, she checked in on things, and was the only person I asked about how I should propose. Within 3 months I had a ring I never thought I would have (for at least another year) and the love of my life and I will be married April 2nd! The amount of genuine interest, care and just attention that Anastasia gave me was something that made me feel as if I was the most important customer to walk through that door each time. My finace and I consider her a friend, and my appreciation for how she helped a simple man like me, a guy from a family of all guys, who knows how pick things up and put them down, come away feeling like I was able to give my finance the perfect ring, is something I will be grateful for and remember the rest of my life... if there is anyone looking to get there loved one a ring or any jewelry don't take my word for it just spend 5 min talking to her and I know you will not only feel the same way, you will have also saved yourself a lot of money and made a friend.... I spent a lot of time looking for a place to purchase a diamond engagement ring for my Wife. Started on the internet but was scared to spend all that money and not see and touch the actual stone. After visiting many stores and comparing prices and quality of each stone I felt as everyone was looking to make a score off me. After talking with a few people I was told to visit The Diamond Spot Downtown Boston. Still skeptical to spend that much money with anyone at this point I went Downtown to check out the In stock Diamonds they had. Since buying online was out of the picture I made sure the stone I was interested in purchasing were on location. Made it downtown to The diamond spot and they had a great selection of GIA stones with the specs i was looking for. Knowing the market for the stone I was after from visiting websites and stores made my purchase a no brainer. After finding the stone I wanted with the specs I wanted the price was just a bonus. The owners were absolutely great to work with throughout the entire process. I was educated by them and wasn’t buying from anyone else. This place is amazing. I first worked with them when covid first happened and they went over and beyound to help me meet me ect. I felt with Anastasia over the phone and to me she was the best. After explaining to her over the phone what I wanted she emailed me 3 picts. But the first one was all I needed and she got exactly what I wanted all through a phone call I didn't even see it in person or try it on. I met them in my town cuz they weren't really open and never seeing it in person I brought cash and walked away with it. I so recommend them Can't think of the guy jeweler who met me but he was fantastic will update name when I find out. But now months later I've called Anastasia back because I'm looking for a wedding band and she remembered who I was and the ring I bought.
